Plait Pieces:
With 2 strands of yarn, make an adjustable slip knot and ch5.
Row 1: 1dc into 2nd chain from hook, 1dc in each remaining 3 chain.
Row 2: 1ch, dc across
Repeat row 2 until work measures 23”/57.5cm and then fasten off.
Make a further 2 plait pieces.
Overlap one end of each plait piece and pin to hold in place.
Start plaiting the pieces, being careful not to stretch your work.
Bring the end of the plait around to meet the beginning, making a circle. Match and pin each of the three strands ensuring the plait pattern is continued, and sew each piece together.
